  • Creation Audio Labs gear - The MK.4.23, The Holy Fire Overdrive/Distortion, The Redeemer Circuit and the MW1 Studio Tool - have a one year warranty from the time of purchase against defects and manufacturing errors. Creation Audio Labs, Inc. assumes no other liabilities. Please register your unit at our website - www.creationaudiolabs.com - and keep your sales receipt as this will be necessary for warranty claims.


  • Return Policy
  • Satisfaction Guarantee Policy Creation Audio Labs offers the purchaser a Satisfaction Guarantee period of 7 days after delivery. During this period, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy is: Creation Audio Labs must be contacted at (615) 884-7520 or generalinfo@creationaudiolabs.com to obtain a Return Authorization. The product must be in new condition and should be returned with original packaging. Product should be properly packaged to avoid shipping damages. The purchaser pays return shipping. The item must be shipped within 7 days of the RA issue date. Refunds will be issued by the original payment method.
