• Warranties

• Creation Audio Labs gear - The MK.4.23, The Holy Fire Overdrive/Distortion, The Redeemer Circuit and the MW1 Studio Tool - have a one year warranty from the time of purchase against defects and manufacturing errors. Creation Audio Labs, Inc. assumes no other liabilities. Please register your unit at our website - www.creationaudiolabs.com - and keep your sales receipt as this will be necessary for warranty claims.




• Return Policy

• If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price. We give you a full 10 days from the date unit was delivered.

  Acceptance

  By purchasing products from the site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon Creation Audio Labs until accepted by Creation Audio Labs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Creation Audio Labs will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.

  Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 10-day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
